No forms, no applications: if you're already a customer, you're already in.

Get your link
If you have at least one paid service, you're already part of the programme. In the panel, under Account → Referrals, you'll find your personal link and your code.

Share it
On your Discord, on your FiveM or Minecraft server, on social media or in a private message. Anyone who comes through your link is linked to you for 30 days, even if they don't buy that same day.

Your friend signs up
They register and order whatever service they want. If they use your code at checkout, they also get 5% off their first purchase.

You earn 10% of every payment
Of what they pay excluding VAT, on their first purchase and on every renewal, for as long as they remain a customer. With 5 active customers you move up to 15% automatically.

It goes to your balance and you spend it
Each commission waits 30 days in case of a refund and then moves to your balance. It's deducted automatically from your next invoices.

An example with numbers
- 1Your friend orders a VPS for €10.00 per month (€12.10 incl. VAT).
- 2You earn 10% of €10.00: €1.00 of credit, every month they renew.
- 3After 30 days that credit is yours. Your next invoice of €12.10 drops to €11.10: the credit is deducted before VAT is calculated.
The discount is shown on the invoice and VAT is calculated on what you pay.
What you can use your credit for
- Renewing your servicesIt's deducted automatically from your next renewal. If it covers the whole invoice, it's paid without you doing anything.
- Ordering new serversVPS for FiveM, Minecraft, Rust or whatever you need: your credit is applied to the order invoice.
- Switching to a longer billing cycleQuarterly, half-yearly or yearly: you can also use your credit when you change your billing cycle.
- A clear discount on your invoiceIt appears as "Referral credit discount" and VAT is calculated on what's left to pay.
Credit can't be exchanged for cash, can't be moved to another account and doesn't apply to plan upgrades.

- Any customer with at least one paid service can take part. It's free and there's nothing to apply for.
- It counts for new customers: anyone who was already a customer before using your link or code can't become your referral.
- Each customer has a single referrer, for good: the one whose link or code brought them.
- You can't refer yourself or use your own accounts. We manually review suspicious cases (for example, the same connection as the referrer) before releasing the commission.
- The commission is calculated on what is charged excluding VAT. Payments your referral makes with their own credit and complimentary services don't count.
- Each commission waits 30 days. If the payment is refunded or charged back, it's cancelled; if you had already used it, it's deducted from your next earnings.
- Credit is for use at ElectrumHosting: it can't be exchanged for cash, can't be transferred and expires 12 months after you earn it if you don't use it.
- We may block the link of anyone who spams or misleads other users. These terms may change; any change will be published on this page.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to join the referral programme?
Nothing. If you have at least one paid service with us, your link and your code are already in the panel, under Account → Referrals.
Do I get paid in cash or in credit?
In store credit. It's deducted from your ElectrumHosting invoices (renewals, new servers and billing cycle changes) and can't be exchanged for cash.
For how long do I earn commission on a customer?
For as long as they remain a customer: you earn on their first purchase and on every renewal, with no time limit.
How do I go from 10% to 15%?
Automatically, once you have 5 referred customers with an active service. From then on, your new commissions are 15%.
Why does the commission take 30 days to arrive?
That's the window for refunds and chargebacks. After that, the commission moves to your balance automatically and we let you know by email.
How is the credit used?
It's deducted automatically from your next invoice. If you'd rather save it, you can turn that off in the panel and use it whenever you want from any unpaid invoice.
How does it appear on the invoice?
As a discount line: "Referral credit discount". VAT is calculated on what's left to pay, so you don't pay VAT on the part covered by your credit.
What does my friend get?
5% off their first purchase if they use your code at checkout. If they come through your link, they're linked to you either way.
Where can I see how much I've earned?
In the panel, under Account → Referrals: your balance, what's pending, your commissions, visits to your link and every movement.
Does the credit expire?
Yes, 12 months after you earn it if you don't use it. Since it's deducted automatically from your invoices, you'll normally spend it long before that.
